SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders come with free delivery and will be sent out the day of purchase, you will receive your item the next working day (overseas will vary) Orders are not shipped over the weekends.
We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not issue refunds for any products when the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and if we can’t help you to resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:
-You change your mind.
-You bought the item by mistake.
-You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the same packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.
If your item is approved, we will authorise a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) You will receive your refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policy’s.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost and returning your item. Shipping cost are none refundable. You will need to send it recorded delivery with proof of tracking.
